FURNITURE - Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery
Within the Portland metro area, white glove delivery can be arranged for a flat fee of $200 USD.
Free local pick up is also an option, contact us for details.
Shipping
Shipping is available in the United States only. The cost of shipping is based on distance plus the size and weight of the item. Shipping costs typically range from $250 - $750 per item to all US states except for Alaska and Hawaii which may be higher. Please contact us at purchase and we will provide you with a shipping estimate for your item.
Note: The shipping transporter will take possession and responsibility for the product from the time the product leaves our premises. They will be responsible to wrap the product based on their needs for their trucks. This allows them to see the design and construction of the product for proper handling and placement on their truck. There are many skilled furniture transporters so your product will be in great hands.
Damage
In the unlikely event damage occurs during transit, or the item doesn't match the images at time of purchase, it is important that you reject it at the time of delivery. You or your authorized representative must get documentation from the transporter describing any damage and the reason for not accepting delivery. Please take photographs and contact us immediately.
If the damage is minor and you’d like to still accept delivery, we can work with you to find a local craftsman in your area to repair it. We can provide design direction to ensure it aligns with the finish and details we put into the product. We can also support you in making a claim with the transporter for reimbursement for appropriate damages.
Replacement
Unfortunately, due to the fact each piece is one of a kind, our ability to replace it is very limited. If some unforeseen Act of God does occur, and the earth swallows your product whole during the journey, please contact us immediately and we can work with you to make a claim with the transport company. If you are satisfied with your resolution with the transport carrier, and you wish to replace the item with a similar piece, we will do our best to make that happen if and when possible.
ART - Shipping Policy
Art will be shipped via USPS, 1-3 business days of your order, unless otherwise specified. If special requirements are needed, please don't hesitate to contact us.
