Dominique was purchased as a rescue and customized for a local customer. She chose a satin finish in the color Calico Blue. Yes, it looks green, which it is in person. The color name though is Calico Blue.

Drexel Accolade

Brought to life in the 1970s, the Accolade collection often features wood (walnut), brass, and metals. The sturdy campaign style of the collection was inspired by travelable furniture carried by armies.

This piece has a satin finish. We use a water-based industrial wood lacquer coating, and every layer of primer, color and top coat is catalyzed. It is a very durable finish and will endure for decades with proper care. 

Our lacquer finish is catalyzed (2k) at every coat. It is a very durable finish and will endure for decades with proper care. We recommend dusting often and using coasters and protective felt feet on pointed objects. 


For cleaning greasy finger prints or dirty smudges, this is the product we use for the "final finish". It is waterbased and will not react with our finish. Do not substitute with a solvent-based finishing spray.  We recommend both the Meguiars Final Finish and these microfiber cloths.

Do not use any cleansers with ammonia or other harsh chemicals, it will dull the finish.
